Facebook has adapted a hybrid model, where employees come into the office two or three days per week – once the office is finally opened.
Steven Roth, chairman of Facebook’s landlord, Vornado Realty Trust, has an optimistic view of office life returning. He comments “Different firms will do different things, but, basically, I believe in the office as the principal driver of commerce and I believe the office will continue to be the core of a business where creativity, decisions, etc., are made.”
