Lewis Cowan has over 36 years of experience in commercial real estate. Lew has an uncanny understanding of the ebb and flow of the commercial real estate market in Manhattan and has used this knowledge to great effect for his clients.

Knowing market forces, vacancies within a building, changes within a marketplace, Lew advises his clients when to strike a deal and when to pass. He has performed this task on behalf of law firms and technology companies saving those companies millions of dollars in the process.
