Turnbridge Equities is developing New York’s largest industrial property, a 1.3 million square foot logistics center in the South Bronx. 

The Hunts Point based property has a 2-story warehouse, a 5-story parking garage, and will include rooftop solar panels.

Turnbridge acquired 5 industrial parcels to create this property, beginning in 2018, for $174 million. The class A warehouse space is not being designed with any tenant in mind, and can potentially be multi-tenanted.
