Whether you are leasing or selling your commercial property, we provide you with a clear picture of current market conditions and demonstrate to you how to effectively leverage the market to enhance your transaction.

Tenants provide years of rent to a landlord—a valuable asset. By creating an “auction” of this asset, we enable you, the Tenant, to get the best possible value in terms of lower rent and larger landlord concessions (such as “free rent,” and money for your construction).

  • We create an auction by developing as many space options as possible.
  • We negotiate simultaneously with multiple landlords using market forces to drive the best deal for our client.
  • We keep our clients informed of the benefits and costs of each transaction so they are able to make the best decision for their companies.
  • We follow up to make sure that the deal negotiated is the deal reflected in the lease and that the landlord performs their end of the bargain.
  • We implement the same methodology for one location or a hundred and one.

Similarly, if you are selling or subleasing a property, we have to understand the asset and its value.  Then we reach out to the market of logical purchasers or tenants.  We create an auction as above.  Same process, in reverse.
