George E. Grace has over 30 years experience in real estate consulting and brokerage. He has been a principal participant in several million square feet of leasing transactions as owner’s agent and more recently as tenant representative. He has worked extensively with nonprofit and governmental organizations such as The Children’s Aid Society, The NYC Mission Society and Empire State Development Corporation.

Lewis Cowan  has over 30 years of experience in every area of commercial real estate. As a corporate tenant, landlord, agent and broker, he has been involved in transactions involving millions of square feet of office space nationwide. He uses his experience and knowledge to “level the playing field”, providing tenants with the insights and tools required to ensure successful negotiations.

Prior to joining Mohr Partners, Mr. Cowan was an Executive Managing Director at Grubb & Ellis and Vice President at Silverstein Properties, Inc. Mr. Cowan was also a Managing Director of Real Estate at American International Group (AIG) and the Edward S. Gordon Company. Before his real estate career, Mr. Cowan worked for Xerox as a Senior Sales Executive

During his tenure at Silverstein Properties, he was an integral part of a team responsible for over 6,000,000 square feet of commercial office space in Downtown Manhattan, and his last assignment was as a member of the due diligence team who assisted in the successful bid for control of the World Trade Center.

David S. Schneck, has over four decades of experience specializing in commercial leasing in Manhattan. Over the course of his distinguished career, he has been personally responsible for leasing over 20 million SF of
space with an overall value of $20 billion.

Prior to joining Mohr Partners, Mr. Schneck was an Executive Managing Director at Grubb & Ellis. He was twice selected as the number one producer in the New York office and consistently earned selection to Grubb & Ellis’ Circle of Exellence, an achievement reserved for the firm’s top producing brokers nationally.

As a tenant representative, Mr. Schneck has represented many prominent companies in the nonprofit, publishing, corporate, diplomatic, healthcare, entertainment, higher-education, financial, law, accounting, securities and tech industries.

Representative tenant assignments that Mr. Schneck has consummated include:

  • 200,000 SF for Empire Blue Cross
  • 200,000 SF over several transactions for the United Nations
  • 40,000 SF for Mount Sinai Medical Center
  • 100,000 SF for the Screen Actors Guild
  • 40,000 SF for Columbia University
  • 700,000 SF for Qwest Communications
  • 32,000 SF for the City University of New York
